- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our cat has a suspected eye infection and we thought we would try Schuff Veterinary Hospital as they are close by. My wife called to ask a couple questions and make an appointment and the person she talked to was very rude and demeaning. Each question asked was met with a short, sharp response which I guess was intended to make my wife feel stupid for asking. This is unacceptable and uncalled for as we care for our animals very much and want the best treatment for them that we can provide. We will be taking our business to All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in Minocqua as their staff is very friendly and do not try to make you feel like an idiot when you call them.April 07, 2017by Wes Wagoner
